Pre Appointment
- Please use Earol to soften wax twice a day for five days prior to the appointment.
- Available to buy from local Pharmacies or Click here.

Appointment
- A full hearing health history is taken.
- Ear canals are internally filmed & photographed.
- Ear wax is removed & ear drum health is assessed.
- Hearing screening test taken.
- Onward referral automatically made for those suffering with glue ear, ear infections, tinnitus etc.
After services
- Custom ear moulds for more comfort and hygiene.
- Hearing aid devices to improve communication abilities in groups & with TV.
- Tinnitus therapy advice.
